Cute character with a nice design that seems fitting for a mascot or something, the way it's put together and the white outline really give it some pop. The only thing aside from some small anatomy errors I would point out is that the text to the side might be a little better incorporated into the rest of the design, it seems to be just floating to the side unevenly. Nice work though. :)
